Nevertheless we know that espicially medical information techgnology is too complex to guarantee the necessary 101% of reliability in all circumstances. To be able to help as immediate as necessary we offer a variety of different hotline-solutions. For remote access to your computer you can download our service-application. Get in touch with us before using it. Besides an e-mail support free of charge with guaranteed response times we offer telephone support to our partners and customers according to their essential needs. If 24 hour support on 7 days a week is needed we cooperate with a professional call-center. So extremely short response times can be guaranteed. Of course we only charge hotline services we have delivered if the mentioned problem was not our fault. Also we do not use so called "service telephone numbers" (0900 etc.) that already charge customers before any help was given. |
