Data protection and clinical study databaseThe telematic-plattform for scientific networks in cooperation with MedicDAT GmbH developed the generic concept for data-protection in medicine that is the first such concept bing accepted all over German. Based on this concept the study database for the center of competence of inflammatory bowell disease was designed. This datbase allows scientific documentation to be a by-product of clinical documetation without violation of the extemely rigorous German data-protction law.  MedicDAT will be glad to give advice on data-protection issues of scientific database-solutions for medicine. Of course MedicDAT GmbH can also develop data base concepts and applications suitable for specific researchers needs. |
